Posted .Dusty - Unique issue! Did you experience the same problem with both handsets? Normally, you press MUTE to mute the microphone, then press it again to "unmute", Your phone comes with a one year limited warranty.

The display is not bright enough to read in any lighting and there is no ability to make the screen brighter. Then the design of the user interface makes the phone difficult to program and use.
