It does it's job. The vm indicator keeps coming on

Definitely liked the fact that the speed dial setup automatically propagates to all phones after you set up the first one. Call quality is great, range good, excellent battery life, good speakerphone.

I wouldn't suggest this phone to a person with a hearing problem.

Too hard to enter phone book and use caller id. Buttons not responsive and slow to connect. Can't use call notes with this machine. I do not recommend.

The screen is not lit and it is very difficult to read what's on it. I called the company and was basically told I bought a "cheap model" and too bad.

This set not worth price since no vm syste. Whats the point?

The phone in clunky and you have to be careful of your chin presses the off button and disconnects your calls. There is no auditory announcement when calls come in, The ringer often doesn't sound so you miss calls. I would not recoomend this VTech phone to anyone.

This was a gift to a sister and it went overseas. Sister reports the remote station did not work at all. Not that she was able to use but instead she unpacked it and it did not work.

This phone is the worst one ever. It does not light up for caller ID and does not light up to show the number that you are dialling or the one that is calling you. We will never buy another cordless phone from Best Buy!!!

The base to the second phone stopped working and I must now alternate charging two phones on one base. Useless.

We wound up having to bundle phone for a discounted price, so decided we'd get a cheap system to plug in for emergencies. This little set ticked all the boxes and works just as expected. Programming is as easy as anything else and calls are crisp and clear.

I normally don't write reviews, but after hours of searching for the right phone and purchasing this one, I returned it after five days. Overall this phone is really good for the price. But if, like me, you use lots of techie gadgets often, and expect brisk performance, this phone will likely drive you stark raving mad. Here's my simple review: Pros: 1. Several nifty features as stated in the product description. 2. Light weight and easy to handle. 3. Decent sized LCD screen with good information content. 4. Decent sound for the price. CONS: 1. This phone is slow and ponderous. Navigating through the menus on this phone is IMHO irritatingly slow. Response time to inputs from the keypad lag noticeably behind the key strokes (hence "ponderous.") Once you've endured the process of programming and saving information to the phone, actually using this device can be equally frustrating. To use a speed dial number you need to hold the corresponding number key down until the phone number slowly appears and then slowly begins to dial (this can take up to 5 seconds.) The issue is the same when checking the caller ID log: you hold the caller ID review button down, wait a few seconds, then, eventually, the number appears (very slow process.) If you're a busy person and need to make a lot of calls, check voicemails often, add and delete entries, check your caller ID and missed calls often – this phone just might make you want to pull your hair out. However, if a slow to respond, ponderously lethargic telephone isn't an issue for you then I'd have to say this phone would probably be tough to beat for the price. 2. No flashing LED indicator for new voicemails (I did not deduct points for this.) I purchased an (AT&T CRL81212) for a few bucks more and got three times the phone (very happy with it.)

Sound quality is so poor that phone is not usable. Screen is difficult to read. Useless.

never got these phones to work. I went back to my 12 year old cordless, worked fine

Phone works very well. The CID is clear and easy to use. Sound quality great.

I bought this product for use with my Magic Jack Plus system since I wanted it in all my rooms. I only live in a one bedroom condo so I can't say too much for distance , but the sound quality it is great. The handset's battery lasts for quite awhile on a full charge and left off the receiver though I haven't had a call that lasted the whole charge on it yet. Overall I would say it is a great phone, and its useful to have caller ID now that my Magic Jack isn't plugged into my computer.

Great Phone for it's price. I have replaced my 10 year old phone with this one and I can't be more happier.

Didn't want to splurge on a cordless phone and found this model suitable for my needs. Crystal clear sound. Easy to use even without reading the supplied User Manual. Comfortable in-hand. Good volume options. Price matched from BestBuy store. Got $10 back. Takes 10 hours for initial full charge. Not sure how long the battery charge will hold. Recommended purchase.

I needed a set of cordless phones for a phone line I don't use often. This model was very affordable so I picked it. I also did not need voice mail as I am using google voice for that feature. The phone is pretty light weight, has decent battery life, I can go all over my yard with it and not drop calls. Unless you need voice mail on your phone (and lets face it most phone providers include that feature now) this phone set is a good pick.
