The phone itself is excellent, I get great call quality when paired with my Ooma device. Just beware the batteries that come with the device do not last pass 6 months of use, so be prepared to replace them.

I like this phone. Its very clear for me. A couple of notes. I had to be careful when connecting the battery for the first time, because I was afraid I would break the connector pins. Also, I wish the charging bases were a bit heavier. These phones are tall and with a light base, it makes them a bit top-heavy. A positive thing for me was that the keypad buttons are under clear (plastic?), so I won't rub the numbers off over time. Also, many phones today try to cram too many buttons on them. I like that these VTechs only have the buttons I need and they are fairly large. Finally, I like the speakerphone feature.

Easy to use cordless telephone with one extra hand set (that only needs to be plugged in, no jack needed for additional handset.)

Chose this phone for a few reasons. I did not need a voicemail (Verizon FIOS provides this). Also, i needed a 2 phone system to operate by sending the signal wirelessly between each other. My Verizon equipment is in my closet and i didnt want to take the time to run phone lines throughout my house (smaller house - rancher). So i just plugged the one phone into the equipment in the closet which sends the signal to the other one which only requires the power cord being plugged in wherever (i know i am lazy, but this works just fine). It works great for most phone purposes, including caller ID. One drawback is that voicemails do not play out loud when someone is in the middle of leaving a message (because the voicemail is through verizon and not through the actual phone). I used to like the ability to screen calls and pick up if i heard someone i knew was leaving a message. Of course, this is more a drawback of the system and not the actual phone, but you get my point. It works for what i need it. My wife and I use cell phones mostly anyway and only have a landline because it was part of the triple play.

I brought these phone because I recently upgraded my cable service. This phone has great call quality. Very light weight. I also like that you can change the ringtone.

It's a light weight phone that is easy to use, with long battery life when not charging. Nice color that match any décor.

I got this as a budget phone because I needed one for my home to test the new landline. I should've had done more research on it but at the time didn't think about it. As for range it has great range, strong ring, and long lasting battery life, but the sound quality is sub par, even a full volume at time you can barely hear the person on the other side.

Great phone excelent sound and quality and most important the price

Had to replace a cheap phone I had in my home and found this great price on an exceptional product. I could not be happier with the sound quality or functionality. Love having the second phone and the speaker phone option is also of high quality.

We ordered this specific telephone system because the price was right and it was so very easy to set up. Another reason is that you can add more phones if you need them.. Thank you Best Buy.

Unlike most other brands, this phone's red light doesn't blink to announce a new voice mail message. And Time Warner's phone service doesn't have an on-screen announcement that I have a voice mail message. So I'm forced to check my phone for the "stuttering" dial tone, indicating a voice mail message, whenever I step out and come back in. That's the phone's only drawback but if you have Time Warner, it's a big hassle to pick up the phone and check the dial tone every time I come home as I'm in and out a lot.

This is a decent expandable phone. Only down side is the wall mount base is garbage.

Wanted to start using VOIP at my home but did not have a phone since we all use cell phones So, reviewed phone systems and picked the V Tech for its multiplicity of functions Am really pleased with the phones and the system Easy to connect and easy to use High quality sound reproduction and excellent voice mail system

I like these phone becease there wireless, an they have an intercom system.

Good main system and aux systems to use to work the Ooma device that now handles my home telephone. All the best stuff, still have the convenience of a Land Line; with the small expense for monthly phone service as Voice Over IP. Really saving me a ton of money.

Phone works as expected, and I hope it last me for a good few years.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my mom. She loved it! It has good range around the house, and even in the yard with great call quality.

This is my second vtech cordless phone. Good quality, durable and clarity. Will buy again.
