Glitches Alot

It will randomly turn itself on, so then I will hit end and 3 seconds later I will hear a dial tone again. It will stop once I put it on the charger again... wih a full charge I shouldnt have to do this.

Also, the Speaker phone is load and clear which I enjoy to use while doing other stuff around the house.
