I make most of my calls on cell, but this phone is exactly what I wanted - basic features at a reasonable price. The displayed characters on the LCD are nice and big, easy on the eyes. Voice calls are crystal clear, no static whatsoever. I can't really say anything bad about it. I just hope it lasts longer than my last phone.

It was purchased for a senior couple. It is easy to use. The keypad has large numbers. The price is reasonable.

She loves this phone especially because two comes with it. She did not like that it did not have a machine but that's the only thing. Otherwise great product

These is a decent phone set. The call quality is clear and it has the basic features like speaker phone, caller id, mute, etc. I'm trying to get used to how the buttons are set up because it's totally different from my old phone but it was easy to set up and I would probably purchase it again if I needed to.

We love these phones!!! The price we got on them from Best Buy was unbelievably low!!!! We needed a home phone system because we have reception problems with our cell phones -at our newly built house. These were purchased to use with our cable telephone line. Not only do they do the trick, but they're great! The intercom feature is wonderful for use in our two story house. This system has more features than I imagined, and probably even a couple I'll never use - the phones have an eco mode, date and time stamp, adjustable ringer volume and a quiet mode, voicemail capability(you must have voicemail subscription), a directory, speed dial, caller id, year warranty and more. The phone lights up in use - not just part of it, it makes it so easy to see and use in the lower light of a media room, office, etc. Only negative for some households is that the model/set includes two units only - but others are available for very reasonable cost from the manufacturer, if you want to expand your no. of handsets. Run, don't walk to Best Buy for these if you need a simple, easy to program and use phone set!!!

Just needed a couple basic phones for our apartment and found these on sale. I've had V-Tech phones in the past that were not very reliable but after reading a few favorable reviews on these I decided to give V-Tech another chance. So far after a couple months of use we've had no problems with them. Call quality is clear and battery life seems more than adequate for us. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

I had been wanting to expand my original purchase of a v-tech phone and answering device. I am very happy with this choice. It makes life a lot easier fir me.

Very easy to use and program numbers into memory. The display is very easy to see and read as well. Only wish it had a light that lit up when I have voicemail.

Useful in case you don't have too many phone lines. Good sound quality

i've been using these vtech phones for a while, and that's the reason i give them 5 stars, great phones for the prices, calls are clear and no noise at all.

our old phone died and needed new ones. These are perfect for us -- easy to use and so far very reliable. Not too fancy but meets our needs. Fair price.

They do the trick for good quality and reception. My only critique is that they lack headphone jacks.

I have used vtech products in the past and like them so I thought I would go back. I was not dispointed in doing it. Its great simple phone set for my apt.

This phone set has excellent sound nod clarity. The main thing I like about it is that when it is off the charge it maintains its battery charge for days!
