Sound could be more high fidelity. I primarily use my smart phone to do all my communications. Every now and then I'll use this phone, but quality is so much better on smart phones for example. My goal was not to get the best of the best. As it is a secondary mean of communication.

overall a good product for the price. a nice-to-have back up when cell phones don't work. gave it a 4 star because of the static noise when on a call at certain places in the house, which is quite annoying.

This is a single handset cordless phone. Most of what I’ve seen are multiple handset packages. It was inexpensive, easy to set up and has a pleasant ringtone.

From experience over the past 10 years, Vtech is a brand that remains to sell on past oerformance. The price was great hoever, by the 3rd day, I'm echoing, my callers complaining they can't hear me, etc.

As basic as a cordless home phone can be. It works just fine, but doesn't do anything fancy. The buttons are not as nice as on more expensive phones, but I just needed to to go with a voip line that is there for a few calls a month, and it will be fine.

This is the second land line I’ve purchased. Due losing the base in the move. I know must people use cell phones but if you have to get a landline I recommend Vtech.

This phone is great as a back up phone, I need it a temporary phone & this works great!

Great price point. They say you get what you pay for but this phone was cheap but many features and long battery life that superceded my expectations.

I bought this phone to replace the first that went dead. Wouldnt have been worth buying the insurance because the phone lasted way longer than insurance would have.

Had another set of these same phone. The only reason I had to buy a new base was due to a lightening strike. Durable, dependable and last for years. Will buy these again when needed. Fantastic product!

Nice phone, pretty simple. I don't use it often, only when I have bad reception on my iPhone. Doesn't hold a charge very long when it's off the cradle, but over all it works fine and I like the style.

Good cheap house phone with good cordless range. What you want for an extra phone in the house when you have an answering machine already hooked up to the 'main' phone.

A land phone in a age of cellphones and other devices? -gasp- but in all seriousness, it does what it's meant to do, make and receive calls

we dont use it too much jusst for those times that cell service stinks but it is fine for the price ...

It is good and working fine but no speed dial option . Old model have this speed dial .

What can you really say about a $20 phone other than it works fine. Came with a readable instruction manual and a nice wall bracket. I would buy this again for sure!

Basic but totally functional. If you still use a land line for your office- vtech is a great go-to brand. Always reliable and insanely cheap too!

Very good phone and works as advertised.Only negative is that it does not have voice activated caller ID to announce incoming calls identity.

Was in sure because it has been years since I own a landline phone. But it was a good purchase. I just keep getting phone calls from people I don't know.

Love this phone and has all the necessary features. I've had it off the charger for almost 2 days and still fully charged.
