Q: I had purchased VTechCS5119 model as the internet phone since July, 2016. The phone had been working well. However, I can't receive and make any phone call all of a sudden recently . Please advise what the possible reasons are and how to fix it.

If that does not work, you can reset the system by disconnecting the power and battery. Wait for 1 minute before reconnecting the battery and power, then test the unit again.
