It cuts out so much that I get every other word of the person talking. People on the other end say it sounds like I'm talking in a tunnel when on speaker. It's so bad I have to go out and find a different phone.

I just bought the same kind for my mom and it is making a weird trilling noise that won't stop. I exchanged the phone and the second phone did the same thing. I returned it and ordered a different brand.

I am not sure if it is my provider or it is this phone, but many days this phone rings and picking it up you don't hear anything for like 2-5 seconds. Again, I am not sure if it is very bad service, which I doubt, but possible, or if this is the worst phone I have ever bought.
