I will be returning it. Sound quality is poor and callers complain that they can not hear me. SAD.

Other than that, the phone works great and meets my basic needs. I only have it because its required by my internet provider.

One handset disconnected from the unit and would not sync no matter how i tried. The other one was ok but i got new phones after a while that actually work ok.

The batteries last about a year and replacement batteries cost about $20 each, so two new batteries cost more than new phones. Don't expect them to last much longer.

Still have a landline-personal reasons-and when the downstairs unit died went looking for an inexpensive unit to replace. This fits the bill, no issues so far. Would have liked a little longer cord, only complaint.
