So far it is working well, Just what we needed for our telephone system.

In this day and age a landline is really unnecessary, but if you do have need for one around the house, these do the trick nicely. They have a few of the basic bells and whistles such as answering service and call screening. The sound is good, a little tinny, but not so bad as to not recommend them.

I'm quite pleased with my purchase. It's awesome that the phone & answering machine are contained in one unit. Technology is a good thing. I'm walking upright these days, thanks to evolution. I was getting quite over being submersed in water all the time!

The first model of the phone would not charge, so I returned it and replaced it with another telephone. It has worked well. We maintain a land line as our primary contact number in order to screen calls and avoid listening to solicitations. The caller ID helps us avoid unwanted calls.
