Purchased for a business. Works well and good price

I was very satisfied with the customer service I received, I wasn't sure where the landline phones were, the girl walked me right to the location, I looked around found what I wanted and proceeded to check-out. all and all a great experience.

Great product for the money would highly recommend it

Volume on phone is really low that’s a negative and I wish it would call out the caller id

Phone is fine. Good battery power. Didn’t like how the Best Buy website set it up. Thought I was getting two, but ended up with one. Need to keep your eyes peeled for online Best Buy purchases.

I purchased this for to replace my digital phone due to the battery on my old phone would not charge anymore. It was easy to set up. It has a clear sound and a nice display showing phone messages that I have missed .

Hard to read face of phone. Doesn’t ring the amount of times I set the answering machine to pickup.

Doesn’t announce who is calling.Also it was difficult to see.But it was super cute Gave it to a friend but unfortunately we had to return it because of the above reasons

Decent phones but batteries are junk, they only hold a charge for about 10 hours even you aren't using them.

I chose this brand because I've had a phone from them before and it worked well and also because of the price. It was a complete waste of time and money. It worked for two days and then would not charge. I kept it on the base for two days and it never charged. I checked the connections and I put it back together again and nothing. I ended up taking the battery from the new phone and putting it in my old phone and now my old phone works like new.

Dissatisfied with phone.on switch sticks so you cut people off and push button on answering doesn’t not always let you receive messages.

having a hard time getting the delete button to work and the play button ,i am thing of bringing it back.....don't like fooling around as much as i have to.

Had to buy a new phone because of a power surge that ruined the telephone jack. My old phone was the same brand Vtech. This was an upgraded version. I had my old home phone for almost 7 years. This new model is excellent quality build, great audio and mic transmission, and a answering machine feature!

Good ,inexpensive solution, for living in lg building with too much interference, for dependable cell service ! Like the recording of calls,to few people whom I have given out this phone # !

So I bought these thinking they were replacing what I had already come to find out I had the At&t phones before. These will not announce the name of the person calling and they do ring loud. But there is not a low volume setting to the ring the lowest it goes is still very loud. Also if the phone line stayed open it does not make an alert tone to inform you. Basically I wish I would have replaced them with what I had before. Plus because they are red his mother claims she can’t see the numbers

I still haven't quite figured out how to use the functions on this device the instructions aren't clear. So the device sits and rings every now and then. Please do not leave a message!!! Call my cell...LOL

Would not recommend to purchase. Has a very loud echo, hard to understand person called. They were also having a difficult time hearing me. The phone itself was of very poor quality. Could not set up answering machine. The directions were a bit sketchy. I have owned V-tech phone previously and have been very satisfied.

this phone served its purpose as a land line for elderly parents. the setting up & input of info was done by a younger family member, too much trouble for those not technically inclined.

Looks pretty, but doesnt hold charge long at all, and phone has 1 long ring.
