We tried it for a couple of weeks and it had so much static on the line that we went back to our old phone which works better. Hope to return it.

We had to get a landline due to poor cell phone service in our area. This phone works well, but occasionally the reception is a bit fuzzy.

I've had this for just over a year and it has been disappointing. The base unit won't play any recorded messages, they can only be heard through the handset. And now the recorded messages are so clipped and muffled that they are unintelligible. A complete waste of time and money.

Nice addition to my current phone system to provide an extra answering machine. There's enough recording time on the answering machine for the price.

Got this and the volume on the speaker phone is so poor that even with that on (with full volume) I keep asking "WHAT?" and I am a 32 year old with good hearing! This phone is NOT worth the time and energy! Need to buy a new one... AGAIN!

Needed a replacement for my Landline phone with Voice Message (Answering service) & this fit the bill. It was comfortably priced & Voice recording is clear. Nice sleek design for phone :-)

It does the job for calling and voicemail, there is not much to expect with a cheap unit like this but it holds up to the more expensive models.

We have just activated two add on Vtech phones to our base model, and all is working as promised. The phone system at our vacation home is now totally wifi , and perfoming as advertised.

I have had internet, tv and phone service for 1 year now but never bought a home phone as we use our cell phones for everything. I found this phone for a great price and it works great.

This phone has been difficult to understand. Every time I purchase a new phone it takes me forever to read the instruction for it's function because of the very small print. This one has so many different options that it has been difficult to follow through. I am only using the basic functions because I tend to complicate my usage when I try to get more information by pushing unknown buttons.

My mother in law had ear problems, and always the phone is a task, with this she can control the volume very easy and help her to understand the phone calls., great purchase...

Purchased this phone as a backup to my home phone which needed repair. It was easy to setup, and works very well.

I purchased this phone for my mother and she seems to like using it. Also, she likes the look of the phone.

does the job, about what I expected. doesn't announce caller which is a disappointment.

I bought this phone for my parents, who are in assisted living. The place supplied a corded phone which they were not used to. Now they are happy with a phone they can walk around with.

Older models were much sturdier and better built and also had much easier to use control buttons!!

Quick, easy set up. Clear call quality. The only thing I do not like is the ringer choices, all seem to "electronic".

I like the phone however--one of the handsets is not working at all--it worked in the beginning but after a week it doesn't work

I purchased this phone as replacement for another phone.It works fine.Voicemail is good.I plan on adding to phone system.

Good enough to get you by the phone features are a little limited but overall I would recommend it!
