Gift for my mom. I do like vtech electronics over any other. I have a similar home phone system with vtech. Works fine.

This phone is perfect for me, and it is used all the time. It's like one I already had, and I use both.

This telephone is good... soft ringer, your able to turn down and off the ringer and answering machine.

Bought this because it was same model as the base unit we had. We also have 3 other handsets. But the new base would not link with my handsets I returned this item to the store. Called VTeck about the problem but they never called or texted me back.
