I hope it can work to answer incomming calls and not interrupt incomming faxes Price was excellent I use other cordless VTech phones and they are very reliable, Last for years. Good service.

I was not able to change the brightness of the headset screen. The worst part that its too late to return, this phone was a Christmas gift and I made this purchase in advance.

Poor Backlight

To see the display, you have to go to a lamp. This is a concern that I have read about many times - it is not defective. Nice phone except you can't see the display. I am returning it. Plus, the display font is very tiny. Key Pad is not sensitive at all - have to push several times to connect.
