This is a middle of the road phone. It’s packed with pretty standard features like most phones. My only issue is that the volume could be a bit louder. I only wish Best Buy sold phones to add to the system.

This phone is lightweight, energy efficient, and attractive. The answering service can be used but if there is already one it is not necessary. The sound is good.

Second V tech phone set I’ve owned. First set damaged during a move. Reliable, reasonably priced. As far as features I’m mainly interested in the message recording feature and the speaker when your put on hold and forced to listen to elevator music. I would and have recommended V tech to friends.

This VTech phone and answering system is ideal in that the size is very compact but it does a great job with super easy set up. The digital answering system is super easy to use and ver reliable. Great value for the money!
