The only cons I have on this is there is no screws included when you want to mount the base in the wall so you have to find one. But overall I’m happy with this phone. Large & clear button. Loud speakers and ringtone and it allows me to block robo numbers/callers. The length of the voice message recordings are pretty longer too up to 22 mins.

Good voice quality and easy to operate

I needed a simple phone for my Mom to operate. These days there aren't many simple phone available. This phone was the simplest in the best buy collection at the store. The keys seemed to be sturdy. with good visibility and also have back-light. Set up was pretty easy and all volume control worked fine. The sound quality is good too. Finally, it looks nice aesthetically. (Just a note: I have only used this as a single phone with no extension base!)
