    The main reason is that it's sound of the recorded message is not clear; however the printed words on the phone, as well as on the base are VERY small, which is not user friendly. We are "stuck with the purchase but would not recommend it, even though the color makes it easy to find when needed.

    I have set my phone to ring 6 times, it only rings 4 although 6 are registered. I am using VM only. I find the CID confusing.
