    Old answering machine was on the way out and needed one to filter my calls on my land line. Use my mobile phone almost exclusively day to day, but still have my land line which I usually don’t answer. Easy to delete scam calls and if it’s important they will leave a message and I can always call them back. Mostly election messages now and this way I don’t have to answer and waste time. It does want I need it for and can mount on wall where old wall phone was. Good purchase.

    Great for adding home phone. Got magic jack due to poor cell phone service at home. Easy to set up. Have not had a home phone in 2 decades so a lot has changed. Happy thus far
