    Our family has used the V-Tech brand for years and have been pleased with this brand of phone. We purchased this unit with the answering machine to replace a unit that was about 15 years old. Technology has certainly moved forward; the sound is even better now.

    had the old version of the same model and, after many years, needed a new battery which was going to cost $5 less than buying a new model. Has always been very dependable and reliable. This one seems to be the same, so far.

    When it works it’s good. Having the delete button on same as mute causes the phone to seem “ stuck “ on mute. At times I have to hit button several times before I can hear the person calling

    I got this set to use as a phone set for our house and while they do what they are supposed, the sound quality isn't as good as some of the more high end phones, however, for the price they are decent enough.
