I brought this phone for my mother . Who has Stage 3 Ovarian Cancer. AND SHE LOVES IT!!

Although a little pricey, seems to be a good phone.

This product was easy to set up. I love the color!

I had an older Vtech 6.0 that starting acting funny but don't we all when we get on in years - the older phone was heavier and overall better constructed - this new one feels light and cheaply made ( though this seems to be the norm with all new products unfortunately). Setting up the phone is time consuming - YES you must read the manual once or twice front to back and back to front - lots of scrolling and hitting the setup button ( reminiscent flashbacks of the old flip phone ). I suggest setting aside an hour or so (longer if you are storing phone numbers ) with your favorite beverage to complete this process. After the setup - I have had no issues making / receiving calls and or messages. A side note : if your phone service is connected through a modem: reboot your modem after the phone is setup ( time/date ) --- if not you will spend endless days scratching your head with online research trying to figure out why each time you receive a call the (time /date) - mysteriously changes - unless of course you A) don't care the time/ date is incorrect or B) you miss your flip phone and all the button pushing action.

Great value and works well. I needed to replace a previous cordless phone and this one works very well. If I had one suggestion I would like the handset to be a bit heavier, but the price is hard to beat.

for the money its a pretty solid phone, good features and sound quality

We like this landline phone because it offers good quality, speakerphone capability, and built-in answering machine. It's a little difficult to delete messages, but other than that we're pleased.

Always liked V-tech, and am very happy with this phone.
