I wish they had audio caller ID and a Louder Message Alert tone. So difficult to hear if you have a message. I have to visually look to see if there is a message. At least have an option to increase the tone. Other than that, they are good phones.

It mainly is my emergency phone for my mom and the remote gives me options of where to set up. I like the idea that she can call regardless of current wireless service conditions. It runs parallel to our fax/printer line, another benefit of landline service. Overall sleek and user-friendly, I recommend it as a dedicated system.

V-Tech red cordless phones
