The phone is is just ok. When there is a recorded message, after listening you need to press the delete button multiple times before function works, button has to be pressed hard.

Best for small home or apartment. If you don't need multiple landline devices, this is a perfect choice, not so expensive and works great. Also can be expandable so you can take to big house also.

This is a great cordless phone, wanted an inexpensive phone with answering machine this fits the bill, as not many people have land lines anymore.

If you just need something nothing really big this is the phone to get it came with two headsets and a base not bad for the price I would recommend it

If only VTech, and like Jitterbug were honest about there product.. Both are garbage.. You would be better off with 2 tin cans with a string between them.. Mostly it is volume. Both are garbage volume wise. And I'm not mostly hard of hearing. VTech and Jitterbug are both a waist of money.. Do Not Buy....... Or go ahead, and then you will understand..

I love V-tech, I have a 4-handset unit in my home now. I bought this new unit to use on a 2nd line. I thought it would be the V-tech quality I was familiar with, but it's not. It's extremely lightweight, doesn't even feel firm. The sound quality is tinny, If I'd paid attention I would have returned it, but too late now. I wouldn't recommend this particular model...V-Tech does make a good product, but this isn't it.

Good cordless phone and provides more value for the money spent. Performs all the basic things required and the battery lasts long for more than two hours when on call. Voice clarity is good.

Ok product. Bought on the cheap just for occasional land line use. Serves the budget.

This is a great replacement for my other landline phone. It has a little more features than the last one. This is a good replacement.

I bought this as a gift to replace my in-laws home phone. They found it easy to install, and it works fine for them.

I have had this phone hooked up for a couple of weeks. It seems to work well. But over the last couple of days I have noticed when I push the buttons to play back messages I have to push the buttons several times, not sure if this is weird or the beginning of a trend.

I purchased this item and ended up returning it, unopened. So, I am not sure how good a product it actually is.

The phone is a mess. I regret buying it. The handset on the main base has not been working. A lot of times, I have to open the battery compartment to remove and put the battery back and place it on the base to charge. Unfortunately, when next I want to use it, it is the same old story. When a call is coming in, it will be ringing, but I will not be able to answer the in coming call. Because only the small one that is working right, I have to run to the bedroom to answer calls. It is a waste of money.

So far I have had this phone for a couple of months, there seem to be no issues with it thus far so I would recommend it's a semi decent price but you will def get what you need from it

I bought it for my Mom and she loved it, easy to install and use. The best option if you are looking for a simple setup.

Have been a Vtech user for years and this phone has some new features that come in handy. Number blocking, a new base to make hearing voicemails easier and clearer. Easy to set up and use.

Needed a cordless phone to mount on the wall with answering machine capability. This one works great, and its expandable with more extensions.
