Great but.....

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great for what we need. problem, I can't get the answering machine or voicemail to mute. The ring mutes, however when the voicemail message activates it ruins the ambiance of the moment, plus you can hear the message out loud. I have read through the directions several times to no avail. sigh!

Nobody can hear me when I answer the phone and nobdy can hear me when I make a call. I am about to take this one in and ask for a refund.

Low cost telephone

The phone works fine but at my age I need to be able to see the words and numbers on the screen and this phone doesn't fill the bill. I would recommend this phone to a friend that can see small numbers and letters but not to someone like myself.
