works well, use it all the time, much better than my prior phone.

Features are well-placed. Easy to operate. The settings are easy to amend.

Phone Wouldn't set in the cradle.had to keep touching it and pushing it to see a charge light.that was the first day.next thing one of the phones stoped charging a few days later ,looked it it and discovered one of the mettle things had fell out and was missing.then I started using next phone and it wouldn't charge unless the phone with the missing meddle thing was charging in the number 1 phone cradle with the answering machine.it was probably 3 weeks and couldn't get it to work so I through it in the trash.went and bought a different brand phone and it was made the exact same way ,not happy at all.so far the second one is working.they are made so cheep though it's a joke .every time I use the phone I am looking to make sure the same thing doesn't fall out on this phone.

These make life much easier. You can pick this up and push 7 numbers and someone will answer on the other end... amazing

Good buy! I like the phone. Only draw back was manufacturer instructions should have been more explicit with functions such as turning off the ringer and silencing the answering machine. Needed time for that. Managed to figure all out. Overall I am satisfied with this phone. Serves it's purpose!

We added a web based phone line and needed an inexpensive phone. The VTech fit the bill perfectly. We have had VTech phones in the past and found them to be reliable.

Got this for my sister, after using a wired phone for years she loves this phone.
