Good and cheap just what i need for my grandmother’s house i know nobody have house phone anymore but its good that bestbuy still sell them

We use the phones for the incoming calls in an environment that has a lot of concrete and they keep a good charge on the battery. I am have a problem with getting the refund for the Taxes Bust buy will not reply to my request for the refund $7.01 We are tax exempt company.

I needed to replace a very old Uniden phone. This one was very inexpensive ($10) basic phone. The display screen is not very easy to read.

Guess I'm one of the few still keeping a land line, but this cordless phone works great. Easy to operate and good call clarity.

I recently got a call from my daughter, stating that her existing work phone was dropped and busted into pieces. She asked me for ideas and I suggested Best Buy! I quickly found what she needed and deposit off. She stated that the phone worked great until the original one was replaced. They are keeping it as a back-up if needed

Some good features: Large, well lit buttons; ergonomic shape. Some not good features: Difficult to read screen; voicemail indicator on screen, not on base. I would like it better if it had a speakerphone option.

There is no way to delete the calls I don't need after receiving them and I am not able to turn the volume up or down on the phone either. Even for a phone less then $20, I would like to be able to do those things.

Fine as a secondary phone. Very easy to set up, and easy to use favorite number buttons. Only thing it does not have is a speaker phone option, that would have been nice. Has enough volume for my hearing impaired mother, though.

It's difficult to find just a cordless phone so I was thrilled to find one at Best Buy for such a great price! It was everything I wanted and more.

Overall the phone is great. My kids don't have cell phones and I needed to be able to get in touch with them. It is a perfect fit for my need.

This phone is served a great purpose we needed my landline and one that was an expensive we purchased this device and performed extremely well we have two boys in their own room with electronics the score of this phone I would recommend this phone to anyone who needs to purchase a cordless phone

It works great I like that the battery life doesn’t lose its charge fast like other house phones

This phone is easy to use. The speaker phone capability is one of the reasons I committed to this phone. The base that holds the phone is compact vs. other bulky choices that take up too much room. The number pad on the phone lights up and the numbers are big and clear. I recommend this phone.

Good quality mic and ear speaker but I don't like the way the buttons mut be released before working.

Looking for a cheap device to fulfill a requirement to have a land-line. Nothing exciting about it. It fulfilled my needs and works fine.

My home phone was acting up and I did not know if it was the phone or the service, I did not want to spend a lot for a phone just to see if my house phone was out, and for the price this phone works really well. The phone is easy to set up, and use.

Needed a replacement for an existing wall-mounted land line telephone. Inexpensive, worked right out of the box.

This phone is great & economical, only missing part is "there is no speaker on option in it". rest is good. Thanks Best Buy

This phone was purchased for a rental property. The sound is good and the voice in the messaging system is clear.It is tremendous value for the price

The phone was a replacement for an earlier V-Tech but the buttons on the new one are slow to respond when dialing and the function buttons are also a bit sticky. Other than that it works OK and for the price fills the bill.
