The phone is okay, but the buttons are too stiff. It's hard to push them in and can cause misdialing. Buy one of slightly more expensive models instead.

Good deal with a low price. Phone charged easily and was ready to use fast.

The phone does what it is supposed to do. You can dial and talk on it like any other phone. The best part, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

The phone is not great but good for the price. My only gripe is the fact that it doesn't have a voicemail at least not that I can figure out how to work if it did but also the volume low is too loud for my Apartments so I kept it on silent which defeated the purpose of owning a house phone. I think the phone would be more worth it if you can control the volume a little more specifically than three different volume settings.

Bought this phone because it was inexpensive. Cable company gave us a deal so I bought a phone for the house. Never even used it but it works.

It's a very simple phone to use. Cordless and can call anywhere in your house. Very good and affordable.

Bought this for my father in law who is pretty old fashioned. He uses it in living room by his chair so he doesn't have to get up to answer the phone elsewhere.

I switched to a home wireless internet module, and it has a spot for a plain phone, so I wanted to find one that didn't interfere with WiFi, didn't cost much, and was attractive as phones go. This one was just right. Call quality is clear, and the ringer sounds good.

What can you expect from a low priced phone. It made and received phone calls. I gave it 3 stars because at times it would drop calls. I don't know if this related to the actual phone or service.

No complaints about Best Buy. The product is what you would expect from getting the cheapest. When putting the phone on the charger it is hard to position it so that it will actually charge.
