The ringer is very soft. Complaining to the company does nothing. Very very very disappointed! Should have bought a Panasonic.

This one was inexpensive but could not get the loudness I needed for the phone speaker or the ringer. Went back and exchanged it for another but upgraded VTech Might be OK for an extra phone in a den or extra bedroom for example.
