Easily installed new phone in garage. I have always been well treated at Best Buy and have had many questions answered.

Ringer not loud at all

The ringer is very low and even on high is not much better. It was great for buttons and such but for hard of hearing it was not good.

Low priced basic desk phone

This VTech model was exactly the right fit. This phone's low cost, compact style, and features all worked out perfectly with the existing power strip and phone jack.

It is not at all lit up like the push buttons for numbers. The push buttons also are slow to connect because you have to press them down deep. If this was supposed to be a child safe feature, it may be successful, but I don't think that is the idea.
