But it has low voice /volume issue from day one. Eventually, stopped working in 6 weeks after purchase. Thankfully, Best Buy could able to provide replacement for it. So I went for this model below, “VTech - CS5119 DECT 6.0 Cordless Phone “ Which is working great.

This one either had a defective battery from the start, our it was old and on the shelf a long time. After a proper charge, and left off the cradle for a test, it would be dead the next morning. This happened twice. Back to BB! I’m glad they have a great return policy.
