Bought this phone to make it easier to 'buzz' people in at our condo. Can't use our cell phones for that. Works well.

Basic phone for great price if not too many features are required.

Got this phone for my Grandma. It is a simple but good phone because she is not in to anything that is too technic.

The VTech Cordless phones work very well. I had no issues setting them up.

The Vtech cordless phones have been built for easy user-ability. The large number pad and illuminated screen is easy on the eyes and comfortable dialing for the hands.

It's a good phone for the price. I don't use it much. It is mostly for the my mom to use. She doesn't have any complaints.

I bought this phone just to have one for the house. For the price you really can't complain.

When I push the buttons they are squishy and I can't tell when it accepted my input. This is exacerbated by a delay in the tonal beep that normally accompanies dialing. I push the button and shortly there after I hear a beep. When entering numbers quickly you must go on faith that the numbers were accepted. This is especially disappointing and annoying when using a menu system and entering credit card numbers as you can't be sure it took the last number. It slows me down and I have to press a number, wait for the beep, press a number, wait for the beep, and so on. I've been limping along for months with this phone as it was a backup, but I've begun using it more and can't stay silent about my frustration and disappointment.

The phone is great. It works really good and the volume is good

Do not buy this phone if you intend to wall mount it. In spite of the fact that the box and the specs say it can be mounted on a standard bracket, it cannot. No bracket is included with the phone. The mounting studs on a standard bracket are four inches apart. The slots on this phone are 3 1/4 inches apart. I checked Lowes and Home Depot looking for an alternative bracket and have been told that four inches is and always has been the standard. That is all they carry. I called Vtech. First they said it couldn't be mounted. Then they said it could. I asked how and they had no answer. Very disappointing to be so misled.

I have home service, and this phone does the trick

All I wanted was a cheap phone for my seldom-used landline. Phone was Ok at first, but after about a month the microphone just stopped working. Hard to believe that at 19.99 it still wasn't worth the money.

It works fine. I feel is seems kind of cheaply made. I don't expect it to last too long.

Where is the round dial? How am I supposed to use this without the big round dial? These new generation phones with their fancy touch screens.

Too much static even when standing next to the base unit. I sent the phone back.
