Really nice phone. Easy to use... though the answering machine volume needs to be louder! I've turned the volume up all the way and I have to hover over the phone to hear messages and cannot have any other noise in the house while doing so.

Every thing fine so far. Vteck has been making 6.0 for a long time. This is the upgrade to land line phones that happened with the large switch to Cell phones. It allows you to carry the hand unit most any reasonable distance inside your house when not near base unit.

I bought this because of extended telework requirements and my need to have a desk phone with a speakerphone. I first setup the wireless phone - which has a speakerphone - and it was great. Good range and a really good speakerphone. When I had time later I moved the main unit to my desk and used the speakerphone. It is HORRIBLE. Even on the quietest setting the sound is distorted like it is too loud. Turning up, turning down the volume changes, but the sound is terribly distorted. I have to return the phone and buy a different brand.

I needed a home phone to set up my internet. Thought I would get a corded one in case the power goes out. This one works beautifully.

I purchased this phone because we do not get good cell phone reception at our house and needed a "land line". This phone was easy to set up and operate, but the volume isn't great. Also, sometimes there is a little static but I don't know whether it's from the phone or the service provider.

I bought this for my parents and it met their requirements. The phone needed to be light, loud and last a long time.
