This phone is working out really well for my older parents who have trouble hanging the phone up on a hand held with all the buttons. It also has large writing on the phone so it’s easy to read.

Does wat I need and it's attractive. Only drawback is that when you enter phone numbers for your contacts, the instructions do not remind you to enter a "1" at the beginning. No biggie.

this phone is working good so far,so good., need some more info on -typing the first name and what number to use for the space to put in the last name.

Bought the phone in February and soon after it would lock up at times when trying to answer calls. Last time it locked up, unplugged it to reset and when it came back, unable to adjust the volume for hearing callers and callers cannot hear me. Contacting VTech customer support has been fruitless, been waiting over a week for a response.
