We needed to get a new phone, and this serves our purpose very well. It even allows us to have a traveling phone to go from one room to another.

This telephone is a simple unit that does everything one needs to make calls. I do wish that it would allow the storage of speed dial numbers in an easy manner. I gave it as a gift to my 102 year old parents, and if they can use it, anyone can..

After losing too many cell phones, we decided Mom is better off with a landline. This one seems perfect: base with answering machine and a remote portable. The price was good, too.

The screen is a bit light though readable (and better than the unit it replaced.) The phone is very light-weight. Fidelity is good. Controls are easy to operate.

This phone is a great value for your money. The one thing I wish I could fix is to adjust the LCD display. It's not bright enough. It should have radial to adjust the lighting.

This is a great phone for the money and I love the features.

Would like to have better instructions for set up and for use - especially the message option and the missed calls option. Shows 48 missed calls with no way to eliminate that or to get the missed calls. Thanks

The phones were easy to set up. registering the wireless phones to the base set was straight forward. Lots of features and options. Set ringer volume was good to be able to turn some of the ringers off. The only downside was most the ringer sound options were lame or annoying. Wish the had more pleasant ringer options to choose from.

Wanted a phone not a computer, so this one works great

the two phones are good because their is on cordless phone and the other larger phone has a cord on it. it took a long time to figure the phone out but if you read the directions you will find your answer. I don't like that the cordless phone has a small area to see who's calling and the background is colored so it is hard to see. but the larger phone that is corded has a good screen so you can see who's calling.

Bought this for my elderly aunt. It’s a really nice phone with more bells and whistles than she’ll need—got it mainly for caller id and answering machine. Ring volume and number can be adjusted. Voice is clear
