Great phone for seniors and people who has partial hearing and needs large lighted numbers.

I was looking for a phone I could use in my home office. This product was perfect and had all the features I was looking for. It was a very good price also.

This phone was purchased as a basic phone to communicate with my children. It has caller ID, a large screen, and is easy to use. I don't have any complaints.

Overall, we're pleased with the unit and cordless phone. It does not have a blinking indicator to show "message" though. Did not include specific instruction for wall mounting, had to call the company to clarify certain things. Clair, your associate, was extremely helpful. A real "plus" for Best Buy.

The base unit does not provide clear sounds. There is noise that sometimes hinders hearing the voices. The wireless phone works a lot better. It was relatively less expensive for the alternatives…

My phone system is working fine. It did take a little time to get it hooked up to my answering machine and get all the phone numbers switched over from my old one. Otherwise it is now working good.

I have to replace my landline's phone because it wasn't working. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on it, so this unit from Vtech was the perfect solution for me. The screen is large enough to see the numbers and the keypad provide easy access to all the functions and speed dial. I wish there was a way to block callers with a push of a button like other phones. So far so good, I'm happy with it!

This phone has worked flawlessly. Its user interface is simple and easy to understand. I like the corded handset because there is no worry about batteries dying.
