This phone was easy to set up and operate, but the volume isn't great. Also, sometimes there is a little static but I don't know whether it's from the phone or the service provider.

The overall quality is good. I wish the keys were bigger and the base was lit up on the keypad. The value is good for the price paid 39.95 plus tax. I would recommend this system to a friend.
