I could not find the requested model number or serial numbers when I went to register my warranty. There was no help available at the website, and their Facebook message system was unresponsive.

I purchased this telephone set as a gift to my mother. She used it every time I call her and has mentioned how the clarity is so much better as compared to her previous phone. The cordless phone allows to walk around the house unobstructed.
