VTech phone looks nice with the black and silver combination. The handset is Sleek and also easy to use. The faces of the phone are both easy to read and the instructions were simple to follow.

The specifications are not available for the support staff when you call for help they claim that they dont see that the phone is also not cordless...

Overall this is a midrange phone with extra portable phone. One upstairs on desk, other downstairs. it does what it was made for that's about all.

Good Product for the Price. Have not had the Phone very long,still learning how the features work.

Not sure if it is the phone or the line. Only rings once and will not ring again. Caller ID did not come up ether. Hard to call out on too

It is used for my husbands office. Like the fact that it has both a handset and a mobile phone that Can be used in any room. Good flexibility.

Replacement for a 10 year old phone that stopped charging remotes. Added phone contacts, but no way to put them in an order that you would want.

I was told it would be simple to use. I have not yet been able to figure out how to set it up and use it. Instructions are huge and very small for older eyes to read directions. It is probably a good phone system, but so far have not been able to use it!!!!! Was disappointed in instructions and complexity.

I want more than just a cell phone. I bought this for my home to replace my old one. That one had the soft push buttons and sometimes had to be pushed 2-3 times to connect. The Vtech has sturdy, solid buttons. V Tech is a brand I have used before and have always been satisfied with it.

Good quality sound. Off base battery life good. Nice features. I use between 3 levels without any issues.

I can't rate this phone properly because we are returning it. There was nothing wrong with but my 94 year old Mother found one with larger buttons that she can see better. Best Buy did not have one like that in the store. We were also hoping to find one that had buttons but no luck on that.

Had problem hanging it on the wall without the receiver falling off....finally figured how to do it. Have not used the hand held

I have never been satisfied with this product. It drop my call sometimes. The ring has been set to ring more than three times before message comes on an this doesn't hold. I brought this telephone earlier in the year. I have not purchased anything from you all since Month of March. Please advise if their has been a purchase since then..

Not a bad product. Does what it says. The speaker phone sounds awful but thats the only draw back.

Unit works well - even in ground floor apartment - pre-war. And especially nice is that it is compatible with V-Tech phones purchased several years ago from a different source.

The phone is a good basic phone that can be used as a wall phone that sits flush to the wall. Many other such phones nowadays juts out from the wall.
