Corded phone has poor sound. Wireless is much better.

I returned it because I needed wireless on the main phone

Phone stopped working after about 30days of use. Can't receive calls or make calls.

We needed a phone, and there weren't many choices at Best Buy this visit. Unfortunately, we ended up with this item. It is the simplest of phone's, and even at that, it's too difficult to record messages outgoing, and it's easily messages lost. Not a good choice, but too much trouble to return, or we would have.

Nothing special. just some cheap home or small office phones/answering machine.

I ordered this phone for my grandmother and it has locked up 3 times, requiring me to go to her house to reset the phone each time. We are currently working on a warranty return with VTech. During two of the malfunctions an incoming call was locked on the screen, and during the third malfunction all the pixels on the screen stayed lit up. I needed to unplug the power and telephone line to reset the phone. People calling her received a busy signal, and she had nothing on her end. We thought the first error may have been a fluke, and by the time it happened again it was outside the 15 day Best Buy return window. We may need to wait up to 30 days for a VTech warranty return.

I liked this, but the fact that the display on the base doesn't tilt up was a deal-breaker. It's just too difficult to read from a distance of 3-4 feet. The similar AT&T model has a tilting display.

It was not really what I wanted but I just kept it and didn't bother returning it.

I brought the item online. The service was great but the item is inferior. The phone and answering machine work fine but the caller ID does not work. I e-mailed VTech Support for help. They gave me suggestions promptly and none of proposals worked. There is nothing wrong with my phone line since I have an AT&T Trimline Corded Phone with caller ID connected to my phone line now and the caller ID is working fine. Given Coronavirus 19, I am not going to bother going to the store for a refund. I just consider the purchase as a bad investment and accepted the lost.

I brought this phone for my mother. After having it for a short while, she said the main base stopped working. We put more batteries in it but it still do not work. I'm wondering if it's too late to take it back.

I got it for my mom and she likes it. Since her other one played out.

The phone will not allow my other vtech portable phones to work I had a vteck with three other portable phones and I cannot get the new vtech answering machine to add the phone. How do you add the addition phone?

Good telephone system but I have one major complaint. I was never able to expand the system with satellite handsets. I bought two different handset models but couldn't get either of the models to communicate with the base station.

The battery life I lacking. The answeraching doesn't really work well.

This phone is not a good phone. It is very hard to hear the person at the other end, and blocked calls keep coming through.

No specific standout feature, it is a phone and I needed a new one.

This phone is easy to use but it is not a good phone if you have bad eye sight. Bought for my mother and the keys are big enough for her to see but not the directory’s or the CID keys. They are smaller than on a regular sight phone.

I was excited after reading reviews on this phone. It was very easy setup and worked well at first but only lasted 6 weeks. I had to return it and get a different brand.

Purchased for working from home during COVID since the reviews were pretty good. The speaker phone worked good for a week but has been very poor and delayed since then. Not worth the price, spend a little more for better quality!
