Waste of money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought the phone in February and soon after it would lock up at times when trying to answer calls. Last time it locked up, unplugged it to reset and when it came back, unable to adjust the volume for hearing callers and callers cannot hear me. Contacting VTech customer support has been fruitless, been waiting over a week for a response.
