When I got to the store, and after waiting 10 or so minutes to be helped, I was informed that you didn't actually have it in stock and that it would be shipped to me the following Thursday. So not the best Best buy experience I gave had.

We had the phone for the past 7 years and my husband wanted me to buy a new one. I googled where to get the batteries and voila... new life got breathed into our phone. He's already leaving it off the charger for hours.

Phone battery returns phone to life

Problem solved at significant savings.
