A: This won't be of much help to online shoppers, but it's the best I have to offer. This question was posted about a year ago, but for anyone with the same question, about either of the VTech 2.4V Ni-MH batteries (300mAh or 400mAh), or for any phone in question: If yours is a 2.4V battery, and this one looks to be the same shape and size as the one you need to replace, then ask for permission to open the package and see if 1) it fits, 2) you can close the battery door, and 3) the phone comes On. Of course, this is if you are in a retail store and have your phone with you. I brought mine to make sure it fit and worked, but it is a VTech phone, so all I had to do was compare the shape and size of the two VTech batteries. For VTech phones, both batteries are 2.4V Ni-MH, have the same shape and size, and use the same connector. I needed to replace my 300mAh battery, so I bought the 400mAh battery because it will last longer on a full charge. It fits and works Perfectly. The Sku number will be different between a VTech battery and any other brand, like RCA, so you'd have to try it to see. I hope this helps! Good Luck! :)
