excellent use is just what we needed phone working better.

I had expected I would need to buy a new phone when mine stopped charging. Then I saw the battery and wondered where to get one. Your staff found the correct battery and confirmed it was the right size.

The battery I purchased for my cordless phone was the last one in stock and I'm hoping you will re-stock because I will be needing more. Too many stores sell a product but don't sell what is needed to keep them going.

A Team Member greeted me as I walked near his station, which I appreciated. Inquired of my needs and called to another Team Member to help me. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and personable.

I removed this type of battery from my handheld phone as it was not working. i was assisted by a Best Buy associate and replaced the new battery and the was phone is working!

The G.E. Handsome, convenient looking machine. Again, these 'modern' washers have many more choices than necessary. Just want simple. But the BIGGEST concern after trying a small sample load----THE NOISE!! I've never had anything in the house that sounds like this. Like banging on a metal pan. Why?! Who lets a product go out into the public like this? My old Maytag (of 45 yrs; yes a couple of repairs along the way. But now, no more parts avail.) had a comfortable surging sound. Not BANGING! I just don't get it. Had considered a new Maytag. Also the simplest version. May have to exchange. And I am not a 'bring back person.' Usually satisfied with what I have chosen.

I picked up a replacement battery for a home land line phone system. My sales person found it immediately . I paid and was on my way within 5 minutes. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!

Glad I am able to find what I need at Best Buy. My next option would have been to go on-line and purchase it.

Not always the easiest thing to find when you shop online you don't always match up what you need..

Basic phone battery. works well, chargers fast and they have a place to recycle the old battery.
