    At the highest volume setting I still could not hear my child crying or talking or any noise for that matter unless I put my ear to the back of the parent device and it would still sound distant. The video quality is not the best either for zooming in. I use this on my three-year-old for the purpose of listening and viewing at night or when he is in his room. It does not work for that because I don’t hear him and see him clearly when he leaves his room and heads to the door so I have to add additional alarms on the door to alert me to look at the monitor and see. I would love to return it if I could.
