Some installation and use problems.

We required help with the installation, but once a simple problem was explained, the installation was achieved, but I think the instructions could have been better. In trying to use the product with the desktop, it seems the wireless mouse must be deactivated in order to get full use from the stylus.

However, when using the "pen" I experienced no issues and the battery life is absolutely phenomenal! This purchase would be more ideal for art students or web design.
