    This was for my teen. He broke/lost the tips pretty quick and doesn't use it now. I think one of the tips broke off in the pen in such a way that we couldn't get it out. My Dell pen is better.

    In general, the product performs as it should with the laptop. We required help with the installation, but once a simple problem was explained, the installation was achieved, but I think the instructions could have been better. In trying to use the product with the desktop, it seems the wireless mouse must be deactivated in order to get full use from the stylus.
