The pen was difficult to sync with my laptop. All said functions were not as described however general things worked fine.

I was excited to use this but found I really don’t have much use for it after all. Unfortunately. A waste of money for me.

Purchased but did not open. For several months. Did not work even after new battery.

They make it look so cool on the ads. The reality is, you have to get software to make it any more functional than a stylus.

Bought my daughter a new laptop and if course she *had* to have this. Idk if she has even tried it yet or ever will.

Does right what is needed however the top cap seems to come off a little to easy when it's turned off.

We are happy with the device. It does what they say it will do and what we need it to do. It is exactly what they say it is.

Purchased with a new dell and it does not work with and processors. Sales people sold without knowing this.

Paired very easily with Windows 10 but does not work with the HP Envy x360. Product includes a battery and spare tips.

Christmas present for a friend- I’m assuming that he researched it as he was quite specific regarding this model

Was encouraged to buy this as part of a package with a new Dell laptop. The device was recognized and installed but wouldn’t draw on the screen. Thought I had a bad one so exchanged for another only to have same issue. Wacom doesn’t have the proper driver and tells me to contact Dell. Geek Squad unable to help. Will cost more to return so basically have a useless device.

have to restart it several times. Went online to try and troubleshoot it, after installing driver and restarting computer the pen would not work after a few minutes. WHen it does work it take a while to be picked up by the screen. Very glitchy and also made my computer freeze up in tablet mode. Returned it for another one, same brand, same problems. Use with HP Envy Touchscreen laptop

I bought this stylus with my daughter's new computer. She's an artist, so it was perfect, until it wasn't. Out of the box, it paired quickly, new nib, the button cap worked, but the stylus end would not work. No matter what we tried, it would never draw. Salesperson promised it was easy, website and directions say it's easy. Maybe it's another headache of Windows 10, but it's definitely a waste of my money.

Thought it would be good for doing some writing and drawing but it is not worth the money at all.

I haven't even used it at all. I opened it to try to use it with my onenote that I had to purchase because nobody explained it did not come with it. And I have not been able to use that at all because I do not how to work the one notes with what was shown in store that made me buy the computer in the 1st place

Didn’t quite work properly even after installing all the updates and drivers would’ve been nice to use.

Having researched this after I bought one, I found it works great if one has a compatible device. I have a laptop with a touch screen I bought about a year ago with Windows Ink. The button on the end of the pen brings up Ink but it dose not do anything else. My advice, research this well before buying.

It wasn’t compatible with my computer even though my sales rep said it was. Not easy to assemble for a non tech person.

Got this stylus for my student who bought a new laptop. She seems content with it for now.
