During the time I was able to use it, it was good for stylus standards. The warranty only applies if there's a defect, so I'll just have to find out if this counts as a defect.

The HP rep said that there would be no problem getting it to pair up with my computer. I tried for a few days and eventually gave up. Best Buy is great about returns, fortunately.

It is worth to mention this product is intended for devices that have built in Technologies of either AES Active technology or MPP (Microsoft Pen Protocol). So this could mean the pen is not compatible with your device. So be sure to double check Inside Best Buy's product page, under "From the Manufacturer" to see if your product is listed there as tested compatible, if it is not, you can call the manufacturer of your tablet to ask if any of the two named technologies are built in and if not then you can assume the pen is not compatible. You can also see the tested devices chart from here: http://www.wacom.com/en/getting-started/bamboo-ink and from that same link you can see how to switch from one mode to the other as needed.
