This pen was purchased for daughters laptop and we couldn’t get it to work and then to find the battery for it was nearly impossible. Would not purchase again.

Doesn't work with the Lenovo Yoga 730. Wacom software will not install, and has no pressure sensitivity. When it's used for a bit, it messes up the keyboard.

Great build quality and features. That it doesn't work with my spectre x360 13" was pretty disappointing. Check carefully, as this pen is probably NOT compatible with you computer or device. Returned.

The stylus was sold to me without proper explanation. And so I learned about it after the return period. The only time I would use it is to do an online application, or sign something on the computer.

I have an HP spectre x360 and I was able to get the pen to connect to the laptop and the buttons were responsive. Unfortunately it was not compatible with my screen and not responding. I had to return it.

My wife and I bought a laptop and this stylus for our daughter. We could not get it to pair with any computer. We returned to the store to see what we were doing wrong and even the floor model stylus were not working with the machines they were demoed with. We finally gave up and decided to use our old USB Wacom tablet. I'm sure this stylus would work great if you have the proper hardware, but the experience we encountered was far from plug and play.

Purchased with a 2-in-1 only to discover that it is not supported. The stylus seems well designed and simple to use but since I have not been able to use it i cannot honestly review it.

The tip of the stylus seems poorly designed and breaks easily. Had to return the first one as it was broken at the time Of purchase. Second one broke in a few months of light use.

Received this as a gift. It did not work. I bought new batteries and it still did not work. Had to exchange at store for a new one, same model that worked just fine.

This pen has horrible connectivity and the functions/usage are not very good compared to apple pencil and Samsung s pen

The device will not work. I have it connected through Bluetooth and the updates installed. I used the device's website initially to conect it. It still will not work.

An average product. It does the work but the setup is not that easy, and definitely not easy to work with.

I was so excited to have a smart pen with my new LENOVO Laptop with Windows 10. The Best Buy Team Member helped me pick the laptop that best fit my needs and would work with my new PEN. I took it back to Best Buy to see if they could get it to write on the screen (IT PAIRED) to the computer. They could not get it told me to call WASCOM for Tech Support :( After two hours pen still would not work and I returned it to best buy wishing I would have got the surface instead of the LENOVO

Do not like this pen. It’s so complicated to use. I tried setting it up with my HP when I first got it and the headache was confusing. I look retreaded in front of Apple users. I am glad that I switched over. Apple Pen is so much easier to use and it is not complicated at all. I don’t know how this pen even survived at all. I just don’t like it and if those who likes it good for you. For me, I’m Apple all the way!

Alright, response basic if you plan using for laptop or tablet best going with the brand name, not 3rd party took forever to set up and extremely lagy!

When I write, I have to rest my hand. I'm not able to do that with this pen. When I rest my arm, the pen gets wonky which defeats the purpose of having the pen.

I never could get this pen to connect and work properly. My kids were so excited to use it and it still doesn’t work.

This is not my favorite. It doesn't do HALF the stuff other "pens" do, that I've owned in the past. Do not settle!!! There's BETTER available on the market.

The service staff she wed me multiple times how to use this product and it’s still in the box wasting space and collecting dust

I've had this pen for months and it didn't work when I got it home so I really just forgot about it. Recently I tried to get it to work with my Surface and found it hard to twist the top to check the battery. There was a bunch of sticky glue in there and I think it was preventing contact. I think I finally got it to turn on, but now the little cap on the top is wiggling, broken. I'm planning to take it back to Best Buy and see if they will stand behind it.
