After only 1 month, the tip fell off. Luckily, the Best Buy manager was able to exchange for another one. I would not buy this brand again.

Bought this to go with my new Dell 7000 and was told by the associate they were compatible. Through trial and error and a little research found out it was not.

I was never able to get this product to work. I went to the Best Buy store nearby and they were unable to get it to work with my laptop

WORST DEVICE BY FAR. Paod a lot of money on it and after 2 weeks it quit working. Tried changing batteries several times, tried changing the tip, tried Uninstalling/ Re-installing. NOTHING WORKS and could not exchange (can't remember why at the moment) I did my research prior to making the purchase but I must have received a "lemon" that I can't even turn into "lemonade" lol.

Functional. If u have solid native inking software. Not good for EMR. Way too expensive. Totally not worth it.u Bought it for Yoga 3. Didn't work. Returned it.

i broke the bluetooth button less than a minute after i took it out of the box. look on ebay how many people getting rid of theirs after that.

Had to return and replace with more expensive Microsoft pen Would not connect with surface pro

the pen is not necessary unless you do a lot of art or drawing on your computer. I feel like it is more complicated to use it than it should be.

had to return to the store for a credit due to the item not working with my daughter's laptop...not sure if that was the reason it was returned in the first place but BestBuy supplied me with store credit, along with another $5 certificate which was used for the initial purchase. we'll be going back to pick out a different stylus.

the pen does not work with iPhone 7 or Samsung 9 phones. it also doesn't work with Ipads , or Samsung tablets. very disappointing.

It didn’t work for my device. I had to return it. You should check the compatibility with you laptop before buying one.

Do not be misled by the "Windows Ink" icon on the packaging as this pen may or may not work with your laptop. I bought with the recommendation of Best Buy staff but they must not have realized that this pen does not work with the Samsung Notebook 9 Pro. I think Best Buy should have an environment to test these pens on the consumer device before purchase. I'm sure this may be a fine pen but I really can't vote one way or the other.

This pen was amazing for the first 2 weeks it working. I've went through 2 of these in one month and it's a know issue I was hoping would be fixed by buying a new updated pen. I was wrong. I recommend buying one of the better more expensive pens that will work for years to come. However, this pen is a waste of money.

Can’t get it to work on my computer it will pull up the menu for it but not let me wright or draw with it on the screen.

I thought this would be good since the cost was high. I was not happy with how it didn’t last well at all.

This very expensive item wouldn't pair with a new pc. The inexpensive stylus works nicely.

Did not work with the HP listed 360. Was very depressed. Had to go back thru HP to get a pen that worked.

The pen is good and has 0lenty of features, but if you aren't use to the high tech-y stuff, I'd stay away from this pen.

getting it connected is a bit of a bother and there isn't a lot of OEM support for this, even if your Windows 10 has FCU with Ink Space.
