Does not work with all HP machines that have active INK.

I purchased this stylus as a gift for my daughter to use with her Win10 HP ENVY. The sales person said it was compatible. After hours of trying to get the stylus to work and hours on the phone with GeekSquad, we were told it was not compatible.

Got home and it wasn't in the bag with my other purchases. Tried to call and get some help with that and was told I should have checked to make sure it was there. Don't trust check out, you pretty much have to do it yourself.

This item was not compatible with the 17.3 hp envy laptop I purchased. I spent hours trying to figure out why it wouldn't work. This should not have been advertised to work with this computer right next to it on display. I wasted time and money.

I like the pen that Microsoft has as opposed to this pen.

Bought this item returned it the next day. I connected it to my computer and the stylist part didn't work but the button at the end of the stylist worked pulled up the stylist app on the computer but I couldn't actually use it to write notes. Bummer!!!

Didn’t even make it a year... had to get a new one

Was sold a defective returned item. Content was missing battery & instruction manual. Pen would not pair. I realized the box was resealed. Unfortunately can’t Return since I am out of country. Very disappointed in BB this time.

This product, while functionally competent is overpriced.

This stylus was recommended by someone at the store for my daughter to use with her new Samsung tablet. However after following the syncing directions and trying numerous times, it never worked. She was never able to use it. Therefore we returned it.

Returned the first pen within a month because it stopped working. The replacement pen also quit working within two weeks. I didn't even bother returning the 2nd pen because I live 45 mins away from the closest Best Buy.

If your computer isn’t Windows and cost over 600 this pen wont work with it. Can’t believe Bestbuy gave up carrying some of the much better pens they used to in order to carry something so incompatible. The pen itself was heavy and had some great thought put into it.

My second one didn't perform as advertised bummerz

I was made to buy this with my hp envy 17.3" but unfortunately it is a Picky Pen. Apparently there's a list of devices with digitalized screen that this works with. Not every windows device, even of it is that touchscreen. So do your research.

This pen is not compatible with my new HP Envy 17. Tried twice, won't download to my system. If it is me, then the download of the Wacom tablet is too complicated because I'm fairly computer savvy. Returned for refund. Will get an HP pen.

I went to the store and asked specifically for a stylus to use with a certain type of laptop. I was told to buy this one and it was not compatible. Frustrating!

It took forever to try to get it connected to my laptop and when i did it didn’t work properly. It did not write on the screen and was basically useless. Double check your computer model to ensure it is compatible.

Bought this product for my daughter stated that it was compatible with my Dell 24 inch touch-screen come to find out that it was not compatible was very disappointed my daughter was very excited to use the stylist

They product didn't really tell you if it would work with the type of 2-1 I have so bought hopping it would well it didn't. I tried to contact the costumer service the final got back to me a week later. I already took it back.

The top button on the pen broke immediately. Unfortunately I have not been able to return it. I understand that even the best products break so I will still give it a chance. Just super dissapointed It broke so quickly
