I had no problem getting my kids pens to work, just not this one. So I know I’m not a complete idiot. Couldn’t tell you what was going on. So I returned it with no issues and didn’t buy another one.

i can get it to work with only one of my apps on my lenvo yoga i bought it so i could sign documents but cant seem to get it to work when i talked to a best buy member they told me to return it

I purchased a new Dell computer with windows ink and was told this was the pen for my computer. Got it home and it would open the apps with a click but would not write in any mode. Very disappointing.

I bought this item so that I can write on the screen and convert the text into typed lettering. The pen pairs to the laptop but it doesn’t work. I’ll be returning it for a full refund

I know this was bought a year or so. I have attempted many many times to use this pen with no success what so ever. I paid too much money for nothing.

We were advised that this will work with a Windows PC but it has not. Don't know what else to comment on the product since it has not worked since we made the purchase.

Stylus did not work with New Asus Win10 convertible laptop. Website was slow and sometimes didn't load. Driver download was looking for a tablet. Windows Ink would open but pen would not write or draw.

I bought this to go with a Samsung 2 in 1 laptop and it did not work... Geek Squad said it was not compatible. My daughter tried it with her Lenavo ThinkPad and also was not able to get it to work.

The bamboo pen lit up, but my Dell Inspiron17 7000 series could not recognize it and synchronize with it. It was a waste of money. I wish that I had been allowed to test it in the store.

My daughter has gone through 3 of these ‘pens’ for her Surface Pro and they keep breaking. She liked the pen but we returned them and went with something else that is more reliable.

We had to return this item as it was not compatible with the HP laptop we bought. We got it returned but not for full cost! Make sure it works before you but the dumb pen.

This pen would not work for me as my laptop does not have Bluetooth on it. No where on the packaging does it say it runs strictly off of Bluetooth, so this was a bit frustrating.

I'll been told by the one of the service representative that the pen is universal and I can use it with any devices. Well is not. Like that. Don't work with window or Android just apple

I was really excited I was going to be able to use this with my Lenovo flex. However the pen is not user friendly at all. It comes with basic instructions.

Pen sensitivity could have been better. Also it started glitching and wouldn't function correctly within the first month of purchasing it. Get the more expensive one.

Super easy to Bluetooth connect, however despite being told by BB sales person that it would work with my laptop, it did not. Had to return this item.

Unfortunately I couldn’t get it to sync to my laptop even though trying multiple times. I ended up returning it and doing without it for my college semester.

I made numerous attempts install and use the Pen. But I could not get it to work. I tried to return it and they told me I had to contact the manufacturer myself ?????

Well, this was my second attempt with this item. I still can't get it to work with my Lenovo laptop. I run Windows 10. Maybe I will wait for newer technology.

My computer was listed as compatible however will NOT sync / work.
